Thank you for playing Green Jello!  At Green Jello, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that may be collected by Green Jello and how we use it.  This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Green Jello and its affiliated companies (“We”, “Us”, or Green Jello”) may collect, use, or share information when you access or use the mobile Application (“App”) or any associated features, content, or pages owned or operated by us (collectively, “Services”) that contain this policy.  The user in the framework of this Application (the “user”) is an individual who has joined this Agreement to use the App.  

Usage 

The User has the right to use the content for play within the App (the “Content”) exclusively for personal non-commercial purposes within the framework of technical capabilities inside the App.  Any copying, reproduction (bringing the works to the public) is forbidden, as well as distribution and processing of content beyond the technical capabilities of the App.

We have the right to change the Content (include new decks and cards, as well as delete them or suspend access to them) without prior notice to users.  Changing the Content does not automatically entail a change in the cost of any of our services or other in-app purchases. 

We have the right to restrict (or block) access to the App or the Content in case of violation of this agreement, as well as in other cases established by law. 

Copyright

Content, as well as all objects within the technical capabilities of the App, including graphic design images, illustrations, design elements, audio (sound effects), text, and software, are the objects of an exclusive right of Us and/or other copyright holders.  

Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Green Jello does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. 

Online Privacy Policy Only

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our App with regards to the information that they shared and/or collected in Green Jello. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this app.

By using our App, the user hereby consents to our Privacy Policy and agrees to its Terms and Conditions.
